• In the ServerSettings.ini, search for transfer-related lines (e.g., CrossServerCharacterTransferEnabled=True).

  • Set the appropriate True/False for both uploading and downloading characters.

  • Save and restart the server.

  • Verify in-game that players are able to transfer characters based on your chosen settings.
